Services / MVP development
From idea to first users in weeks.
An MVP’s job is to produce evidence, fast. We scope ruthlessly, build the 20% of your product that proves the business, and ship it properly — clean architecture, tested code, and a stack your future team will thank you for. Founders since 2020, with two products of our own.
Proof: 47 products shipped since 2020 — two of them our own, Webtold and SchoolWare.
What we build
One scoping week, then the build. Everything here points at the same thing: working software in front of real users, fast.
Scoping sprint
One focused week: your idea becomes a cut-line — what version one must prove, what it must do, and what it deliberately won’t.
Web MVPs
React and Next.js products with real accounts, billing, and admin — not a prototype wearing a product costume.
Mobile MVPs
iOS and Android apps when your users live on their phones — shipped to both stores, review process included.
AI-native features
Assistants, document intelligence, agents, and MCP connectors baked in from day one — our home turf, not an add-on.
Launch & measurement
Analytics, error tracking, and the instrumentation to know whether the bet worked — evidence was the whole point.
Post-launch iteration
Weekly cycles after launch, driven by what real users do — not by a roadmap written before anyone touched the product.
Are we the right partner?
When we’re the right partner
You need working software in front of real users this quarter — to raise, to sell, or to learn. You want one senior team across design, build, and launch, a fixed price, and a date that holds.
When we’re not
If you already have product-market fit and a team of forty, you need scale hardening, not an MVP shop. And if a landing page can validate the idea for $500, we’ll tell you to do that first — seriously.
An engagement like this
A founder arrives with a booking-and-payments idea for a niche trade. Week one produces the cut-line; weeks two through six produce the product — accounts, scheduling, Stripe, an admin view. It launches to a waitlist, and the founder walks into fundraising with usage charts instead of mockups.
Questions we hear a lot
How fast can you ship an MVP?
Most MVPs go from kickoff to first users in 4–8 weeks. The speed comes from scoping, not corner-cutting: we build the 20% of the product that proves the business, properly, and park the rest.
How much does MVP development cost?
A fixed price agreed before we start, based on a scoping sprint. You will know the number and the date up front — and if the honest answer is “your idea can be validated with a landing page and a spreadsheet,” we’ll say that instead.
What stack do you build MVPs on?
Boring and proven on purpose: React and Next.js on the front, Node.js or Python on the back, Postgres underneath, deployed on modern cloud infrastructure. Easy to hire for, easy to scale, no exotic bets your next CTO will curse.
Can my MVP include AI features?
Yes — and this is where we’re strongest. Assistants, document processing, agent workflows, and MCP integrations are our specialty, so “AI-native” in your pitch deck can be real in your product.
Who owns the code, and will you sign an NDA?
You own everything — code, designs, infrastructure accounts. And yes: NDA first, before we hear the idea. It’s step one of our process.
Got an idea worth proving?
NDA first, then a plain-English scoping call. You’ll leave with a plan whether or not you hire us.
